QUALM does civil engineering activities on industrial, commercial and similar sites. We do this upon request or as part of other activities such as laying mains and fire water supply pipes. The client then only needs to deal with one company and one contact. The lines of communication are short and the process efficient, fast, properly done and safe.

Caution when working in the ground

We are very cautious when carrying out excavation work close to mains, and certainly in places where potential damage could be highly detrimental.

When needed, we can do vacuum excavation instead of using a regular excavator. All the excavation work is done according to the guidelines on safe excavation (CROW500). We always work in compliance with the Wet informatie-uitwisseling bovengrondse en ondergrondse netten (WIBON, the above ground and underground networks information exchange act), and we always submit a KLIC report to the cadastre. We then know exactly who has cables or piping in the excavation area and how we can avoid excavation damage.
