Working in polluted soil

The heavy industry sector in particular has to regularly deal with ground pollution. The soil around factories or chemical plants can be heavily polluted. A soil survey can identify the pollutants and inform a remediation plan. QUALM is authorised to work in and with polluted soil and, if required, we can do decontamination work. Should you have ground pollution, we can carry out the work safely and in compliance with CROW 132.

Furthermore, we do not need to stop work if we discover polluted soil while laying pipes. We will work with you to deal with the problem immediately.

QUALM is BRL SIKB certified for the 7000 guidelines and protocols 7001 and 7004. We thus comply with the environmental requirements and legislations. When we work in polluted soil, we work according to CROW 132 (‘working in or with polluted ground’, the health and safety legislation).
